In this recipe, we riff on the Watermelon Gin Fizz from last year and make a virgin variation that's great as an afternoon refresher or a natural treat for kids. 

 

Watermelon Basil Fizz

Recipe:

18 Tablespoon Scoops of Fresh Watermelon
6 Large Basil Leaves
16 oz Soda Water


Tip: Refrigerate your watermelon & soda water first to avoid the need for ice!


1. Scoop fresh watermelon into your french press and add chopped basil.
2. Thoroughly muddle the mixture until all juices are extracted.
3. Add soda water until the press is nearly full & stir.
4. Press with the filter & enjoy!
