- Holiday Shipping
We are working hard to mitigate fulfillment and shipping delays during this holiday season. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
- How long will it take for my product to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as backorder, all items will ship together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
- How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Once your order has been processed, the average transit times are as follows. Express shipping is available upon request.

- Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to the United States at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- All returns and claims must be requested by email within 30 days of receipt. We currently do not offer exchanges. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. We will send a pre-paid return label to you once your return request has been accepted. Please allow 1-7 business days for refunds to post.
- If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of the packaging and the product.
- Items that are custom-made (soaps) or listed under the sale section are considered a final sale.

- If you created your account prior to January 18th, 2023, all you need to do is create a new account with the same email, and you’ll be able to see your past orders.
- If you created your account after January 18th, 2023 then your account should be the same.

Welcome discount valid for new email and/or SMS subscribers only. Offer code may only be applied to orders at checkout, and will take 15% off full priced items only. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Offer code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. One use per customer.
